Merry merry!

Jack was a happy guy today! Santa brought everything he could ever imagine! Favorites were pirate ship Katy and Grandpa helped Santa make and Dino park Grammy and Mo advised Santa on.

We were glad to have the Gracely's over for dinner, too.

Playdate with Lucy

Lucy came over to play right after tree and lights went up. Her parents were impressed by our speed with the decorations. :-)

Lucy and Jack had fun on the swings and slide, painted, played with trains and baked brownies. Phew!

They are too cute.

The start of the season!

Tree up, lights done. Jack is asking every two minutes if it's Christmas - dying to tear into stuff under tree!


Farmer's market tree, we think we found the perfect one. Complete with garland Mom always had on our "downstairs" tree growing up.

Thanksgiving morning

We are in HdG w/ the cousins, Quinn and Grant. They are waiting for breakfast, watching cartoons in their jammies with all of their 'lovies'.

We've just ended the 3 day Day Halloween extravaganza. Thursday was party at Red Hat, Friday party at the club and tonight, trick or treating in the 'hood. Jack did not vary from his t Rex alter ego.

NC State Fair

Great times at the fair! Didn't try the delicacy of the year, chocolate covered bacon, but had some good BBQ, popcorn, lemonade, ice cream...

As always, great ppl watching opportunity, but I was scared to take their pictures.

First year we rode rides with Jack. He had so much fun he cried when we were leaving. :-(
