Durham Bulls, part 2

Class cupcakes

Jack's birthday is actually a 3 day extravaganza, beginning with cupcakes at school on Friday, party on sat, actual birthday on Sunday. Here's a taste (ha, a pun) of the first day of the fest.

Jack and Christine, anxiously awaiting the good stuff

Orange! My favorite color!!!

Blurry, as he's eating really fast!

The crane! The crane!

...get it? You know, from Fantasy Island? Jack asked his granpa and Katy for this crane. They did not disappoint. It is awesome. So awesome in fact that it started a few juicy tantrums during jack's party (photos of that coming soon). Here, you can see why...

Jack loves this crane!! Thx, Katy and grandpa!

Green thumb

John doesn't want me to tear up the yard to make a garden. He's skeptical of my ability to execute. But check out my containers and bed herbs! So far so good...

Jack's beanstalks have sprouted

Tomatoes

Basil

Rosemary and lavender

What a sweet boy

Just some recent random photos of my sweet peanut...

Sharing a drink of water with his buddy, Christine.

Jack and Christine checking out some really big bugs.

Modeling fashions his mama bought him at H&M

Work it!

Easter

Jack's Easter egg hunt was interesting. While Jack was on the hunt, John and I chatted it up with friends. When Jack returned to us to show us his loot, we were a little surprised that his egg choice was exclusively orange. Strange? Maybe. I say it's another indication that Jack is a GENIUS.
